Consulting with regulated organizations on Claude deployment, AI governance, and compliance. Simultaneously conducting doctoral research on algorithmic accountability and AI governance—combining practical security expertise with evidence-based research findings.
Marc Larouche
I spent over twenty years securing federal systems — first as an Air Force veteran, then through a long career at the IRS and Naval Sea Systems Command. My work covered risk management frameworks, cloud security architecture, vulnerability management, and compliance programs. I learned to translate complex technical risk into language that non-technical people could act on.
When I retired in 2021, I decided I wasn't finished learning. I spent the next eighteen months immersed in AI — building tools with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and local models. I shipped 39 tools on CyberLifeCoach.pro, built Nomad Sentinel as a cross-platform desktop application for Mac, Windows, and Linux, and developed Enclave SSP for CMMC defense contractor compliance. Along the way I also built Inkbase.dev, a writing platform, and DoctoralDraft.com, a dissertation support platform for graduate students.
Today, I work with regulated organizations navigating Claude deployment—helping teams understand governance, risk, and compliance implications. I'm also pursuing a doctorate focused on algorithmic accountability and AI governance. That combination—twenty years of real security experience, hands-on AI expertise, and active research in AI governance—is what I bring to consulting engagements and every workshop. I'm not here to hype AI. I'm here to help you deploy it safely and securely.
