About
Three careers. One through line.
Every stage led here — to helping people learn, build, and stay safe in a world being reshaped by AI.

03
AI educator and builder
2023–Present
Retired at 60. Spent 18 months building AI tools, desktop software, and websites. Now teaching others to do the same.

Marc Larouche
I spent over twenty years securing federal systems — first as an Air Force veteran, then through a long career at the IRS and Naval Sea Systems Command. My work covered risk management frameworks, cloud security architecture, vulnerability management, and compliance programs. I learned to translate complex technical risk into language that non-technical people could act on.
When I retired in 2021, I decided I wasn't finished learning. I spent the next eighteen months immersed in AI — building tools with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and local models. I shipped 39 tools on CyberLifeCoach.pro, built Nomad Sentinel as a cross-platform desktop application for Mac, Windows, and Linux, and developed Enclave SSP for CMMC defense contractor compliance. Along the way I also built Inkbase.dev, a writing platform, and DoctoralDraft.com, a dissertation support platform for graduate students.
That combination — decades of real technical experience, hands-on AI building, and a career teaching complex topics in plain language — is what I bring to every talk and workshop. I'm not here to hype AI. I'm here to show people what it can actually do for them.
